Cheerful Monday #57 - Butterfly Flutter By

We still do embossing for Vicki's: Use Embossing Powder challenge. Heat-embossing is so versatile and opens up so many opportunities. For my project the embossing acted as boundary for various water colours I used
First I stamped the butterfly (Crafty Individuals) with VersaMagic 'Red Brick' ink
and heat-embossed it with Clear Embossing powder from WOW.
The butterfly was cut out and then coloured with water colours.
I layered it on a little tag and some papers from EchoPark.
The finishing touches are a stamped sentiment (Waltzing Mouse), some ribbon and a couple of half-pearls.

Thank you for stopping by, hope you have the time to join us for the challenge. There is still time!
Petra.

Lunagirl - Cat Orchestra

There are so many songs which come to my mind when I look at these three cute cats playing a tune ... a wedding song, happy birthday, .....oh, so many possibilities ...
The image is from Lunagirl Moonbeams Kitty Cats 1 digital collage sheet.
It is mounted on paper from BoBunny and dry-embossed card panels. The embossed raised parts are slightly inked with gold Brilliance ink.
The base is a simple white card covered with text paper from PrimaMarketing.
Paper flowers, pearl strings, half-pearls, a lacey bow and a teeny tiny heart charm are the finishing touches.

Cheerful Monday #56 - Use Embossing Powder ....

... this is Vicki's request for her new challenge and I duly obliged! I created a little cheeky monkey tagusing stamping and embossing for the background
The tag base is cut with a Sizzix die from Kraftcard.
For the background I stamped little images (stamps: Heindesign) with VersaMark onto watercolour card and heat-embossed the images with WOW clear embossing powder before inking the background with various shades of blue distress ink. The embossed images remain white ... it's true magic (lol)
The little cheeky monkey driver I coloured a digital image from Bugaboo and added some traffic light buttons and twine.

Hope you can join us for the challenge. Petra.
