Lunagirl - Cat Orchestra

There are so many songs which come to my mind when I look at these three cute cats playing a tune ... a wedding song, happy birthday, .....oh, so many possibilities ...
The image is from Lunagirl Moonbeams Kitty Cats 1 digital collage sheet.
It is mounted on paper from BoBunny and dry-embossed card panels. The embossed raised parts are slightly inked with gold Brilliance ink.
The base is a simple white card covered with text paper from PrimaMarketing.
Paper flowers, pearl strings, half-pearls, a lacey bow and a teeny tiny heart charm are the finishing touches.

For fabulous inspiration please do pop over to Lunagirl Moonbeams blog and I hope you can join us for the 'Vintage Menagerie' challenge! Petra.

Cheerful Monday #56 - Use Embossing Powder ....

... this is Vicki's request for her new challenge and I duly obliged! I created a little cheeky monkey tagusing stamping and embossing for the background
The tag base is cut with a Sizzix die from Kraftcard.
For the background I stamped little images (stamps: Heindesign) with VersaMark onto watercolour card and heat-embossed the images with WOW clear embossing powder before inking the background with various shades of blue distress ink. The embossed images remain white ... it's true magic (lol)
The little cheeky monkey driver I coloured a digital image from Bugaboo and added some traffic light buttons and twine.

Hope you can join us for the challenge. Petra.

Lunagirl - Vintage Menagerie

The new challenge at Lunagirl Moonbeams is all about animals: Vintage Menagerie. For my project as focal point I used a giraffe image from from Lunagirl Moonbeams Animals at the Zoo digital collage sheet
I always loved giraffes, they look so elegant, almost majestic.
I combined the image with some freewild animal print  magazine paper
and embellished the tag with some button, twine and a little label.

I hope you can join us for the challenge! Petra.

Photo Session #18 - Swallowfield/Black Water Walk

Easter Monday and the weather was so friendly witha light wind and lots of sunshine. It was an absolute pleasure to be outside. So I decided to go for a little walk ... well this was the plan .... but I got a little bit lost (twice) and it turned into a 9 mile-walk around Swallowfield in Berkshire, UK through lovely countryside and later joining the long distance walking path 'Black Water Valley' ... I thoroughly enjoyed it!

On the Cheerful Stamp Pad blog you will find more amazing inspiration from the DT, it would be great if you could join us for the challenge.
