It reminded me instantly of a paperpack from K&Company 'Hopscotch'. It is perfect for a birthday card for a very good friend whose little hobby are planes, watching and flying himself
Supplies:
plain square white cardstock
paper - K&Company 'Hopscotch', origami paper, plain white and blue paper
stamps - Studio g
ink - Heine
image - downloadable image for children colouring
colouring - Copic, Koh-i-noor with OMS
shapes - Quickutz circles
ribbon - from my stash
foam pads

I covered the white square card with two layers of K&Company papers. The image is mounted on two layers of plain blue and K&Company papers. The clothes in the image are paper pieced and the second helicopter is a 'replica' of the original one in the image.
I did my very best to do a foldy airplane but I must admit I have never been really good at this, my paper planes never flew straight lines nor landed they where expected :-)
Have a nice weekend, Petra.
