The challenge was to use a heart or lots of hearts in any form and shape and create a tag for Tag Tuesday. The heart variety is quite overwhelming and after cutting, stamping, drawing, painting, glueing, ..... lots and lots of hearts I settled for a rather simple hearty version
I cut I relatively big tag from watercolour card and covered it with lace paper. For the bottom of the tag I I did some criss-cross machine sewing. The loose ends of the threads were tied into a knot (actually two on each side one). The little lady is a digital stamp from Pure Innocence. Her dress has been paper-pieced (paper: PassionFruitsImages) and has lots of little hearts. She holds a large heart balloon layered from lace, hession and fabric and embellished with the a little bow. The stamped sentiment is from Elzybells. Petra.
