French Inspired Fan

Viv and her fabulous ideas (lol) .... she tasked us to create a French inspired fan for our monthly Art 'n' Soul swap "You may make your fan from any medium and embellish it any way you wish ... with at least 6 blades ... each blade at least 6 inches long .... in fabulous,Shabby Chic and Ritzy, Rococo, Marie Antionette style" The template for the fan is from Mirkwood Designs. I absolutely enjoyed making the fan ... so many possibilities and a fabulous opportunity to indulge in beautiful papers and images.
I cut double blades with patternd paper from the Tilda collection to strengthen the blades and used the same paper for the nestabilities frames
All Marie Antoinette images are from Magic Moonlight Free Images, the stamp embellishments from Impression Obsession, Clear Stamps and Eline Pellinkhof.
Have a wonderful day, Petra. x

Hi Petra. Your fan is beautiful! I clicked on the link you have for the instructions, but it's a bit too advanced for me now.

It's amazing how you finished front and back and I don't see the ribbon that is used to attach each blade! (or maybe I read it wrong).

Lovely Work!
