Cheerful Monday #16 - You're Sweet

What could be sweeter than a cupcake? Cupcakes are soooo yummy with all the frosting and sprinkles on top. And they fit perfectly into Vicki's new challenge: You're sweet.
 
 a little square white card covered with My Mind's Eye patterned paper
lace and doily and some little blings
a wonderful yummy cupcake from Far Far Hill 
topped with some Stickles and a little bow
