My first project was the decoration of a book
I loved the way it all came together so quickly. The elements which came from Gerri are the wonderfully old musical note paper, the white fibre, ribbon, the ever so sweet image, the image corner, paper trellis and lots of little metal flowers. My contribution to it was stamping on the musical note paper (Kaisercraft stamp with VersaMagic ink), paper circles underneath the flowers and for the stamped sentiment (stamp: Lily of the Valley), bow and leafy ribbon and all the little bling and the book!
The second project turned out rather different
... an asian themed card using textured papertowel, embossed light card, paper rings and a leaf from Gerri. I created the card using a square textured white card and adding some bling, asian coin, butterfly and an image from The Sum of All Crafts.
Gerri collects all the creations and will display them on her blog later this month. This is so exciting and I cannot wait to see what everybody has created ! Thank you Gerri for the challenge, this was such a brilliant idea! Petra.

These are wonderful!
Both projects are fabulous, Petra!
Great creations, Petra but I especially love the first one - it looks perfect x
Such a cool idea, you really used these bits to perfection.
Nothing like a good challenge to get creative! Love both projects- but I have to say LOVE the Asian themed project!
What a great challenge Petra, and I love what you've created, especially the oriential one x
gorgeous work Petra! i have some of Gerri's bits to work with also. you've set a very high standard! xo
Lovely work Petra, and a great idea with that swap! Valerie
They are both lovely - can't wait to see the third idea!
Petra, you have outdone yourself! The notebook is lovely and quite the work of art. But the asian piece, oh my! Beautiful coloring and the card itself is so very unique. I love the way the orange and white paper strips make me think there is a fan hidden there and the same paper behind the main image to tie it in. Bravo!
Just fantastic creations with Gerri's Stash!!! I am working on mine now!!
Oh my goodness, it's so fun to see what you did with your stash as I too received one from Gerri and I recognize most of your goodies! Love what you've done, and kudos to you for making 3 projects! I'm so impressed that you used so many elements. Really love what you did with that orange/white paper on the second card. I'll be posting mine next week.
These are stunningly beautiful, Petra!
Two completely different projects which shows how versatile her pack is.
I am also taking part in Gerri's swap, isn't it fun.
I really adore your book.

What a fun idea. All three are beautiful creations!! Especially fond of the book
I really like that you came up with two totally different ideas. And they are both lovely. I had so much fun participating too. I gotta mention that I love the way you cut the orange & white flowered card and arranged it on your asian themed card...very creative.
I love both of your creations, specially the book.
I so enjoyed playing along with Gerri, it was a wonderful/fun idea.
Have a great rest of the week.

Hi Petra! Wasn't this a fun challenge? I really love your book covers - they are both so different! It is so much fun to see what we all made with the same parts. Each artist's creation is so different. Your work is very beautiful! ~Marti
Love your boo cover and card Petra they are both so beautiful with Gerri's bits and pieces. What a lot of work you have put into them. I loved the way I had to really think about how I could use everything.
